Coomera Chamber of Commerce - Local Community

INTRODUCTION:

The Coomera Chamber of Commerce was formed in 1994. The formation of the chamber was primarily because there were local Coomera issues which needed the attention of the business community.  The long term vision for Coomera, its town centre and expansive development were seeds only and needed to be carefully watered.  The Chamber was to take a lead in ensuring the vision and planning was for sustainable long term development and not erratic and uncontrolled.

The Members of Coomera Chamber of Commerce are excited about coming together each month to network, socialize and be informed of current issues in Government, Local Community through to Business and Health and Well Being.

OBJECTIVES:

The Coomera Chamber wanted the website to be a hub between locals, reginal and overseas visitors. Local information on schools, environment and local developments needed to be included on the site for locals and for thos who might be travelling to the Upper Coomera area. Giving all visitors local information is part of the core of the Coomera Chamber. They also wanted to include event listings to their many network meetings and recreational activities.

• Site visitors can choose to be added or removed from target mailing lists
